QUALITY POLICY OF CĒSU ALUS
Cēsu alus provides customers and consumers with high and constant quality, consumer-friendly beer, cider, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and services that are tailored to their needs and wishes.
The company regularly perfects existing products, promotes the development and launching of new products on the market. At the same time ensuring compliance with the requirements of consumers, customers, laws of the Republic of Latvia, Codex Alimentarius and the product specific requirements- increases the competitiveness of the market.
The company has implemented, maintains, refines and regularly evaluates the company’s Quality Management System, covering the BRC Standard and ISO 9001 requirements, and ensures its continuous improvement.
JSC Cēsu alus develops partnerships with customers and suppliers ensuring their confidence in the company as a reputation leader in the region, a reliable and responsible manufacturer and a trusted supplier.
Brewery Cēsu alus perfects and develops the quality of products and services manufactured by the company, with the maximum involvement of consumers – by establishing their views and involving consumers in product development. To achieve this goal, the company is open to dialogue with the society – on social media platforms, as well as via customer service (phone number free of charge, e-mail, website).
Regular establishment of customer opinion is a priority for the company in order to provide high-quality mutual cooperation and customer service. Every year, the company conducts a customer survey by establishing customer opinion about the company’s reputation, its sustainability, and the quality and potential improvements of its products and services.
The company carries out careful handling of complaints, providing 24h response to a complaint received, as well as an individual approach to solving customer complaints.
The senior management of the company ensures that there are certain goals for improving the safety and quality of products and their compliance with the law. The objectives are documented and designed in such a way that their implementation and effectiveness are measurable and analysable.
The results of the quality objectives and the Quality Management System are regularly monitored by the senior management, at least quarterly in management meetings, assessing compliance with the requirements of the BRC and ISO 9001 standard.
The company is committed to and continuously improves the company’s Quality Management System based on measurements, comprehensive analysis and successful collaboration with partners.
The company invests in educating the employees in understanding their investment in the development of the company, in achieving the goals and their responsibility for the quality of the products and services provided, that they need to be ready for change, as a result of which the consumer and the customer would receive the expected quality of the product and service, and continue to choose the JSC Cēsu alus products.
