For the sixth year in a row, Cēsu alus has been recognized as the best employer in the Vidzeme region in the survey “TOP Employer 2019” organized by the online recruitment company CV-Online Latvia. The brewery also ranks fifth among the TOP 5 companies in the manufacturing sector and ranks 19th / 20th among the best employers in Latvia in the top of the “TOP 50 Employers”.

According to the survey data, respondents have named the company’s brand image and reputation, attractive corporate culture, values and traditions, incentive pay and additional benefits of good career opportunities and inspiring and professional management and colleagues as the main reasons for their desire to work for Cēsu Alus, “TOP employer 2019” in Vidzeme.

“The results of the survey increasingly confirm that companies with a strong organizational culture that consider and work on their employer’s image and reputation to provide a positive experience for both existing and potential employees, logically are at the top of the list. Businesses are also increasingly paying attention to sustainable development, adapting their business processes, products and decisions to promote the growth of all stakeholders. Employees want to work for employers who not only provide good working conditions, but also a work environment that allows development and provides equal opportunities for everyone to do meaningful work,” says Aivis Brodiņš, Head of CV-Online Latvia.

The survey “TOP Employer” was conducted for the ninth consecutive year by the leading online recruitment company CV-Online Latvia. From 2 December to 26 January last year, 11 369 respondents from all Latvia participated in the survey “TOP Employer 2019”.
