From 26 March, residents throughout Latvia can buy beer and other beverages at the online store of Cēsu Alus www.veikals.cesualus.lv, with home delivery. As a national emergency has been declared for the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 and various restrictions have been put in place, including recommendations for social distancing and self-isolation, buying alcohol and other drinks online, with home delivery, supports people staying at home, thus protecting themselves and others.

Eva Sietinsone, Chairman of the Board of Cēsu Alus: “Quickly reacting to the current situation and market changes, we have created the online store of Cēsu alus, where you can buy our products during an emergency, and we will deliver the drinks of your choice to your home. It will be a new experience for us, but, thanks to the warehouse networks and the professionalism of our sales representatives, we believe that we will ensure high-quality and fast delivery throughout Latvia. This is an opportunity that allows us to provide employment for employees who would have to be idle due to the drastic changes in the operation of the HoReCa sector.”

Cēsu alus offers a wide range of drinks, the main ones being Cēsu Premium, Brūža, Mītava, Cēsu Radler beers brewed in Cēsu alus brewery, as well as favourite lemonade Limpo and our other drinks – Ulmaņlaiku kvass, sports drinks, water, juices, cider and other alcoholic beverages.

Cēsu alus will provide home delivery of beverages throughout the territory of Latvia: in Riga, Vidzeme and Zemgale the products will be delivered within 1-2 working days, in the rest of the territory of Latvia within 2-3 working days. Deliveries will take place on weekdays from 10:00-18:00.

Purchases over 30 euros will have free delivery throughout Latvia but orders up to 30 euros will have a delivery fee of 3 euros. When placing orders and deliveries, the age of buyers will be responsibly assessed, and we will ensure that only adults will be able to buy alcoholic beverages.
